FCCF Schedule March '14
MEMBERSHIP FEES

Foundations (F):

First Month Membership – $199

This class is for new members/ beginners or people who have never done CrossFit before. Designed to give you an introduction to the CrossFit Methodologies, build your proficiency in CrossFit fundamental movements, and ease you into the intensity of our program. We’ll take you through Basic Movements essential to helping you move forward safely in the CrossFit Program. You will learn to Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Thruster, Clean and Snatch. In this class you will spend a good 20-30 minutes learning the above technical movements, in addition focusing on flexibility/mobility/range of motion, and skill work. This will be done over 4 classes, as shown below. You will get a punch card and have 2 weeks to complete the 4 sessions.

Schedule of 4 Sessions, 6:30p Monday – Thursday:

Monday’s:         Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat
Tuesday’s:        Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk
Wednesday’s:  Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Thruster
Thursday’s:      Clean, Snatch
Saturday’s:      Optional to participate in regular class with all members

CrossFit (CF):

Unlimited Monthly Classes – $149

Unlimited Monthly Classes (Military, Police, Fire, Teachers, and Students) – $125

Family Member Add-on – $95

This class is for people who have completed Foundations or have been CrossFitting for a few months and have a basic understanding of the fundamental movements. Each class will incorporate those moves and introduce more complex moves like the snatch, kipping pull up, and much more. These workouts will be more intense than the Foundations Class so expect to step it up a notch! Athletes in these classes have made CrossFit a part of their life and are working to increase their levels of strength and conditioning and to master new skills.

Payment Requirements and Pre-Pay Options

  • We require payments via auto-pay on a debit/credit card of your choice. If you prefer to pay by cash or check then it must be in a minimum of a 3-month block.
    • 6 month membership paid in full (10% Discount)
    • 1 year membership paid in full (15% Discount)
