120m Sand Bag Carry
KB Goblet Squats (53/35) – REPS

AMRAP 5

50 Double Unders (150 singles)
Reverse Burpees (aka Roll to Candle Stick) – REPS

*Complete all three stations, with a two-minute rest between couplets. One partner works the “rep” set while the other completes the cardio movement. Alternate until the five minutes has expired.
